We are not a lore club with a Discord attached. The Initiative exists to field competent fighters: operators who hold their lane in a firefight, pilots who fly a wing instead of a solo highlight reel, and crews that keep a ship alive after the first breach.

01 / Rule

Train before you fight

Three drill nights a week. Attendance is how you rank up, not how long you have been in the org.

02 / Rule

Objective over kills

We take contracts. The point pays. Chasing frags away from the objective is a debrief item.

03 / Rule

EU prime time

Operations run 19:00 – 23:00 CET. No dead org where the fleet only flies on another continent's clock.

Marines

FPS assault and boarding

The knife edge of the Initiative. Marines clear bunkers, hold objectives, breach hostile hulls and hold ground while the fleet works above them. Every member drills room clearing, comms discipline and medical rotation until it is automatic.

Fighter screen and strike

Pilots own the air and the space above the objective. Interceptor screens, strike runs on capital targets, dropship insertion under fire. We fly wings of two, we do not fly alone, and we do not chase kills away from the objective.

Multicrew turrets, engineering, command

Multicrew is a skill, not a seat. Turret gunners, engineers on power triage, and the crew chiefs who keep a capital ship fighting after the first hull breach. This division turns one ship into a working weapon system.
